Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applicable as follows:
First Order with Registration Free delivery on orders of 250 PV or more
Individual and Team Orders Free delivery on all orders above ₹2,000/- (DP)
Subsequent Orders Courier charges of ₹90/- per order (applicable across India)
Remote / ODA Locations Additional courier charges may apply for selected pin codes categorized as ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations
Delivery Timeline
We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest and in safe condition.
Orders within India are generally delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation
Delivery timelines may vary due to government regulations, regulatory inspections, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In the event of a delay beyond the stipulated timeframe, Customers and Distributors will be duly notified.
In such cases, the following options will be available:
Acceptance of delayed delivery – The order will be delivered accordingly
Cancellation of the order – The paid amount will be refunded directly to the Customer’s/Distributor’s bank account through the same payment method, and the product will be collected by the company
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Customers and Distributors are advised to carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears to be damaged or tampered with, please:
Refuse to accept the delivery
Immediately contact the respective Bright Bharat Care Branch Office, or
